At Polytronix, we follow a program management system for all of our projects. A dedicated program manager will be your main point of contact and will oversee the product through its entire life cycle.

As the primary source of communication, the Program Manager ensures supervision and management of internal development, manufacturing and also provides progress reports to ensure we meet your expectations. They will work closely with your team to understand your specific needs which includes setting a mutually agreed project timeline, schedule status meetings, resolve development issues, prototyping, supply chain management, production and more.

Our program management takes a personal approach to your projects, focusing on open communication and building relationships. It is their job to maintain open channels of communication that are vital to each successful project.
