Our China facilities have the capability to manufacture low volume (from 300 pieces) to high volume solutions with design and quality control requirements set by our U.S. design and quality team.

Design
Engineering support on manufacturability and testability, test and test development support such as parametric, functional and calibration.

Manufacturing
Turnkey support on prototype samples, first article and full scale production. In process control, IAW custom quality plan, Pareto charting, QA in-process audits, SPC data/ histogram reviews, in-process testing/ verification, final electrical testing and software validation checks.

Product Realization
Program management control for product package and case variants, compliance testing/analysis, pack-out services (instruction sets, accessories, software CD's), regulatory compliances (UL, CE, FCC, Shock, Vibration, Thermal ESS)
