Privacy Policy

How Polytronix collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 2026-05-08

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Polytronix, Inc. (“Polytronix”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit polytronix.com or contact us about our products and services. We are a U.S.-based manufacturer headquartered at 701 N Plano Rd, Richardson, TX 75081.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions — name, company, phone number, email, message, and any files you attach when you submit our contact form (`/contact`).
  • Direct outreach — when you email or call us, we retain the correspondence to manage your inquiry.
  • Career inquiries — resumes and cover letters submitted to careers-related mailboxes.
  • Website analytics — anonymized visit data via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics, including page views, referrer, country, browser, and device class. We do not collect IP addresses tied to identifiable individuals through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries about our manufacturing capabilities, quote requests, or program support;
  • Evaluate prospective business relationships and supplier qualification;
  • Process job applications;
  • Improve the content and structure of our website based on aggregate analytics;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and export-control obligations including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations).

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Government and regulatory authorities where required by U.S. or applicable foreign law, including ITAR/EAR export-licensing reviews.
  • Legal counsel and professional advisors in the ordinary course of business.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses essential cookies for navigation and security (provided by Cloudflare) and analytics cookies for Google Analytics 4. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may degrade some site functionality but will not block access to public content.

Retention

We retain inquiry and account information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain business records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 default settings.

Security

The site enforces HTTPS via HSTS, a Content Security Policy (CSP), and other security headers. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Internal access to inquiry data is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us by emailing the contact below. Some retention obligations may limit our ability to delete certain records (e.g., business correspondence required for export-compliance recordkeeping).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or applicable laws change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
