Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of polytronix.com and any related services or downloadable documents made available through this site (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Polytronix, Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer headquartered at 701 N Plano Rd, Richardson, TX 75081. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Permitted use

The Site is intended to inform prospective customers, partners, suppliers, and applicants about the manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, certifications, and corporate information of Polytronix, Inc. You may browse and download materials for legitimate evaluation, procurement, or employment purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download Site content without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute Site code or assets;
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through any form on the Site.

Export control and ITAR

Polytronix manufactures products and provides services that may be subject to U.S. export-control regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 C.F.R. §§120–130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. §§730–774). General descriptions of our capabilities published on the Site are not technical data within the meaning of those regulations. Detailed technical information, drawings, specifications, software, or source code for ITAR- or EAR-controlled items is exchanged only after appropriate export-licensing or authorization is in place.

Visitors are responsible for complying with all applicable export-control laws when requesting or receiving information from Polytronix.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and underlying code — is the property of Polytronix, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. The names “Polytronix” and “PMF” (Polytronix Machining and Fabrication) and associated logos are trademarks of Polytronix, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No warranty

Site content is provided “as is” for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep capability descriptions, certification information, and contact details accurate, Polytronix makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness-for-purpose of the Site content. Specifications, certifications, lead times, and program-fit information are confirmed in writing during active engagements through quotes, statements of work, and contracts — not through the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polytronix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., LinkedIn, sister-company sites such as poly-pmf.com and polytronixglass.com, certification authority pages). Polytronix is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
